Think GREEN This 4th of July!

Red, White, Blue... and Green?

The 4Ocean team encourages everyone to have a happy and safe Independence Day. However, we also encourage you to keep the environment and ocean in mind while celebrating this 4th of July.

1. Get Outside!

Weather permitting, we hope that you will be outside with family and friends enjoying the weather. Not only is it good to get out and enjoy some fresh air, it is the best way to reduce your carbon footprint for the day. Take advantage of the natural lighting from the sun and move the party outdoors!

2. Ditch Disposable Plasticware

The Declaration of Independence was drafted on July 2 and the signing began on this day until November. And printed copies began on July 4. Thomas Jefferson and John Adams died on the month of Fourth of July.

You mention propane as an alternative to charcoal. How about natural gas? Our grill is an Embermatic natural gas grill which is hooked directly to our natural gas meter; no propane, no charcoal.
