A Day of Beach Cleanup
and Conservation in Bali
Today, we joined the 4ocean crew in Bali, Indonesia, for a day of ocean conservation. From cleaning up beaches to learning about plastic waste management, we experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of this important work.
The day began with a visit to Mengening beach, where we joined the team in collecting plastic debris. We saw firsthand the devastating impact of plastic pollution on marine ecosystems and learned about the importance of reducing single-use plastics. After the beach cleanup, we visited our 4ocean facility in Denpasar to see how the collected plastic is sorted, processed, and transformed into eco-friendly products like bracelets.
Witnessing the passion and dedication of the Bali team was truly inspiring. Their commitment to protecting our oceans and raising awareness about plastic pollution is a testament to the power of individual action.
