Rated 5 out of 5 by from I fully support 4Ocean!!! As I live nowhere near a coastline, I support the ocean cleanup in the best way that I can… I have now 8 bracelets which I wear daily and with pride. I cannot resist the new causes each month as each are so important. Further on my end, I try to reduce my plastic use and trash as much as possible - banning plastic bottles from my household, using only reuseable bags for shopping, replacing plastic with glass wherever possible. I am trying to role model for my 3 children who although not committed as I am, will have the grain seeded … Please keep up the good work that you do for us all! It is very much appreciated! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you so much for what you are doing I am a teacher and with my class I discussed the issue of waste and garbage. While Switzerland already does a great deal when it comes to recycle, we still wanted to do more for the world and especially the oceans. I told them that when I was little there was no garbage on the beaches I played. Sadly all of my kids don't know how that feels like when they are on holidays, all the beaches they went to they didn't have to look far to find waste that didn't belong there. So we decided to make some money and organised a street food festival as well as a musical. The money we raised was enough to buy a bracelet for each kid and the helpers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from #StopOverfishing I live in Europe so it took a while to arrive, but it's finally here! I was kinda worried because some reviews said that their bracelets fell apart, but it honestly feels very sturdy and doesn't feel like it's going to break anytime soon. In fact, it's so sturdy that it's difficult to tighten/loosen the bracelet... Which is good for when you're wearing it, because you'll know it won't fall off, especially when you have skinny arms like me lol. That's another thing, you can make it very small/big so it will most likely fit you unlike most other bracelets I've tried! And of course, most importantly, it's for a great cause!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Over fishing, ocean, turtle and shark bracelets When I saw your ad in the beginning it touched me...sent me back to my childhood when we would camp for a month every summer at Myrtle Beach. The beach has always been a such a serene and awesome place for me...an escape from all the bad times. My thanks to you for all you do to help preserve this beauty for all the generations to come. My 3 & 5 year old grands pick up trash when we go to the beach now and they both have ocean bracelets. Thanks to you all:heart:️:shark::dolphin::fish::tropical_fish::ocean::surfer::skin-tone-3:‍:female_sign::ticket::desert_island::merperson::skin-tone-2:‍:female_sign::boat:️:turtle::+1::peace_symbol:️️:hugging::boom:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saving for the future! I live in Arizona so the ocean isn’t that near to me. I have 8 grandchildren and I want them to be able to enjoy our oceans and it’s Inhabitants like I did when I was younger. Beaches and the oceans are full of our trash. It doesn’t disappear just because we don’t see it all floating on top of the water. Purchasing a bracelet is one way I can help in the cleanup. While teaching my grandkids how important it is to save our world, and all that dwells on it. There is no giant vacuum that comes out of the sky to clean up this world. It is our responsibility to save our world, and 4Ocean is one very good way to get started.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sustainable Fishing Bracelet got all the way to Sweden Hi, I am impressed by the cards and small bags that came with the 4 bracelets that I bouht. The fact that it was a card to every bracelet makes it so much easier to give some of them away as gifts. It would be nice if the information could include an estimation of how much trash that has been taken out of the water for each bracelet (it would make it a bit more understandable for people recieving them as pressents). Thank you for your work! I am living close to the baltic sea, which has its problems with plastic but also with too high nutrientlevels so my aproach right now is to promote nature in different ways mostly by highlighting how amazing nature can be. Hopefully it all makes a differens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worthy effort I’m 75 years old. Needless to say, I’ve experienced many scams. I trust 4 O to continue the work and build an honorable reputation. I’m fortunate to have grown up in the country. As a boy, I stayed wet w swamp water every school day because I had to walk pst a virgin wetland on my way home from school. I live on the same farm today, some 69 years later. CrawDaddys, herons, frogs, minnows, bugs, lizards, blackberries, Indian relics etc. are my lifelong friends and I respect their environment. What’s 20;bucks in a world where jeans cost $100 ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice Product! I am very happy with my purchase. I needed to fix something about my personal detail after I paid and the attention was immediately. I liked the way in which the product is sent with complements. The delivery was delayed a bit after my purchase arrived in Australia but I am not sure why exactly. Anyway, I love my bracelet and more that that I am happy to support the cause 4ocean is working for.

Just stop fishing, you can't go more sustainable than that

Asked by: Marga3
Marga, thank you. I was thinking the exact same thing. I don't eat fish, because I don't want to be a participant in the decimation of our oceans' life.

I understand that you recycle trash from the oceans of the planet, but what is your strategy for preventing over-fishing? Raising awareness is nice and all, but as we all know, people get paid by the pounds, so the more they fish, the more they get paid.

Asked by: Curious Buyer
We understand your concern and actively continue to tackle overfishing as much as possible for a better and cleaner ocean. We are continually paying and hiring Fishermen to stop fishing for fish and instead fish waste out of the ocean. Additionally, we continue to educate where we can to promote sustainable fishing instead of overfishing as humans are currently overfishing at a rate that marine sea life cannot keep up with nor are their reproduction rates improving. Currently, we are also partnered with SeaLegacy and aim to help overfished species recover. You can find out more about SeaLegacy at https://www.sealegacy.org/about-us.

How do you adjust the bracelet length? Bracelet string received in a tight knot at length that does not allow me to pull over my hand.

Asked by: Civility
You can adjust the 4ocean bracelet by pulling the cords apart or back together. I have inserted a video link that will show you how: https://vimeo.com/303577998/88873f09e3. If the slip-knot seems to be sticking, you can soak it in warm water for a few minutes to loosen it and allow for easier movement.
