Where do you host your cleanups at?
The 4Ocean team is constantly traveling and moving from coastline to coastline both locally and internationally to help keep all beaches and oceans clean. The 4Ocean team hosts both onshore and offshore cleanups. Onshore Beach Cleanups are an effective way to prevent trash from entering the ocean whereas Offshore Cleanups are a very effective way to remove trash that has already entered the ocean.
What do you do with the trash you collect at your cleanups?
All of the trash we collect is rinsed and sorted. After that, it is analyzed to be recycled. If it can possibly be recycled such as glass and plastic, it is brought to a local recycling center. If it is considered non-recyclable it is disposed of as such at a reputable waste facility.
Can I volunteer at a cleanup?
Yes! We are always thrilled when people want to volunteer and come out to help us clean our beaches! If you are interested in volunteering, you can fill out our volunteer form HERE. As a volunteer you will only be informed when there is a cleanup being hosted in your area. If it is in your area, we encourage you to come out and join us in cleaning the beaches!
ABOUT THE BRACELET
What material is the bracelet made out of?
The 4Ocean bracelet is made from 100% recycled materials. The exact material used to make the cord is called RPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate, also known as recycled water bottles) and the beads are made from recycled glass bottles. The 4Ocean charm that is attached to the bracelet is made from stainless steel.
Is the plastic/glass you collect from your cleanups used to make your bracelets?
At this moment in time, no. The beads and the cord from our bracelets are made from post-consumer recycled plastic water bottles and recycled glass bottles, but not all of these bottles come from our ocean clean ups - they are the bottles that are being recycled by everyday users. However, all of the bottles that are collected in our clean ups are recycled so it is not to say that it is impossible that one of these bottles end up in a bracelet!
Are there different sizes?
No, there is only one size. The 4Ocean bracelet is 100% adjustable, so it can fit as tight or as loose as you would like!
Is the bracelet waterproof/resistant?
Yes! The 4Ocean bracelet is 100% waterproof and we encourage that you bring it in the ocean with you!
What do I do if my bracelet broke?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our bracelets! If your bracelet broke for any reason, please contact us through our contact submission form here. Please be prepared to send us your first and last name, shipping address, order number, and a picture of your damaged bracelet.
We ask that you remove the 4Ocean charm and recycle the rest of the bracelet to ensure it doesn't end up in our oceans! Both the beads and the cord are made from post-consumer recycled plastic and glass bottles and is 100% recyclable!
Does 4Ocean offer international shipping?
Yes! We proudly ship to over 150 countries around the world!
How long will it take my order to ship?
If your order is shipping to a location within the US it should take no more than 3 – 5 business days.
If your order is international, many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. Please allow an extra few days for International Shipping as customs paperwork need to be completed and it can take time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.

Can I return my bracelet?
Yes, if for any reason you wish to return your bracelet within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund! All postage for returned items must be paid for by the customer.
