Position Overview:

4Ocean is seeking a talented and professional personal assistant to support the CEO with administrative tasks including, but not limited to: scheduling appointments, running errands, preparation of meeting materials, answering phones, filing, photocopying and messengering correspondence and documents.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Access to confidential documents and materials (credit cards, medical records)
  • Organize and maintain the daily schedule including emails, booking of appointments, and coordination of logistics for travel and press.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Plan and execute personal and business itineraries domestically and internationally.
  • Responsible for personal schedule and arranging any public appearances.
  • Performs other administrative duties and projects as assigned and requested.

  • High school diploma
  • Discretion and trustworthiness as you will often be a party of confidential information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.

Job Type: Full-Time
