4Ocean is seeking a talented and professional personal assistant to support the CEO with administrative tasks
including, but not limited to: scheduling appointments, running errands, preparation of meeting materials, answering
phones, filing, photocopying and messengering correspondence and documents.
Duties & Responsibilities
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Access to confidential documents and materials (credit cards, medical records)
Organize and maintain the daily schedule including emails, booking of appointments, and coordination of logistics
for travel and press.
Coordinate domestic and international travel.
Plan and execute personal and business itineraries domestically and internationally.
Responsible for personal schedule and arranging any public appearances.
Performs other administrative duties and projects as assigned and requested.
High school diploma
Discretion and trustworthiness as you will often be a party of confidential information.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
