Position Overview:

The Brand Ambassador Campaign Manager will be Responsible for managing and implementing 4Oceans campaign events. They will also assist with other core events to achieve and exceed goals towards 4Oceans mission to ocean conservation. Design, development, execution and analysis of marketable customer segments, offers & campaigns across various touch points


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Brand outreach team in their promotions of 4Oceans awareness.
  • Oversee strategic development of marketing activities to maximize sales and brand recognition campaigns.
  • Design, Development & Execution of marketing campaigns using Unica Campaign & Interact systems.
  • Implement organizational best practices with in regards to campaign management.
  • Manage multiple campaigns, including lead management, training development, and act as primary client liaison.
  • Monitor and drive performance metric improvements to grow campaigns.
  • Post-Launch analysis of campaigns including ad-hoc analysis of customer contacts, impressions, responders.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in campaign management
  • Demonstrate sales leadership with direct-report teams
  • Strong Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Exemplary sales/fundraising performance
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and drive to be successful as part of a growing sales organization
