The Creative Brand Manager is an integral member of the brand services team, supporting the development and execution of a wide range of 4ocean marketing and communications strategies. They will partner with various marketing, product, and cinematography team members to create international, national, regional, product, and segment-specific marketing programs and campaigns that drive 4ocean’s brand awareness, preference, and strategic growth for the business. The position is located in Boca Raton, FL.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day operations related to creative, copywriting and communications development.
Manages the relationship, project management and day-to-day engagement with external agencies.
Supports the CMO & Co-Founders to prioritize the long term strategic marketing responsibilities and initiatives from both internal and external teams.
Works closely with the Product/Marketing Managers and across the organization to execute and measure marketing/advertising strategies and ensure appropriate creative channels in order to maximize commercial effectiveness and drive growth.
Supports the CMO in planning, developing, managing, and delivering creative and brand-building materials for the business.
Supports the CMO in all project-level media planning and execution.
Manages project-level budgeting, prioritization and allocation of team resources.
Leads all day-to-day operations to ensure all active projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Manages a team of direct reports - Coordinator, Graphic Design Manager & Sr. Graphic Designer
Establish, build, and maintain key internal and external relationships, including internal cross functional teams and external agencies.
Ensure the measurement and optimization of all media campaigns.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) with 6+ years of successful related business experience, preferably agency and/or branding related.
Demonstrated success working as an integral cross functional team member.
Comprehensive understanding of the marketing commercialization process.
Strong cross-functional management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to listen and assess customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements, and communicate them cross-functionally.
Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills to work effectively in driving initiatives and participating as a member of cross functional teams.
Strong relationship building skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally, including key opinion leaders.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to roll-up your sleeves and drive execution when necessary
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
Knowledge and understanding of how to utilize social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, etc) for marketing and lead generation purposes.
Strong experience as a Graphic Designer (in print and web design)
Ability to produce print ready artwork
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
Experience with video and motion graphics a plus
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
