4Ocean is a bracelet and ocean clean up company headquartered in beautiful Boca Raton, Florida. We sell bracelets that are made from post-consumer recycled water bottles and for every bracelet purchased, we remove 1 pound of trash from the ocean. We host beach clean-ups and offshore cleanups that are funded exclusively through the bracelets purchased. We are rapidly expanding and have room for growth within the company.

The Customer Care Advocate serves as an ambassador for the 4Ocean company. We want our customers to see your smile and willingness to help them, after all they do care greatly for the ocean and everything our company stands for.
Respond, document, and provide resolutions to customer questions and concerns while being held to a daily goal. Questions will be answered via email by following standard operating procedures. Some scenarios may include:

Education and Experience – Required education, training, licenses, accreditation or certification and the number of years and type of directly related experience. If applicable, please identify if an alternate “equivalency” of a combination of education and experience is sufficient.
Type of Experience – Requires at least 1 year of experience.
Must be familiar with client server platforms support and various system applications. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
