What do I get by subscribing?
By subscribing, every month you will be the first to receive the limited edition bracelet two weeks before it is available to the general public.
In the packaging each month, there will be information on the bracelet's montly cause, a 4Ocean logo sticker and a “1 pound” sticker that matches the color of that month’s bracelet. After all, YOU are the reason our oceans are becoming a cleaner place for all marine life, one pound at a time.
How is payment taken? Monthly or all at once?
With this subscription service, you will be automatically charged on the 15th of each month, which will guarantee the prompt delivery of your exclusive bracelet before it is released to the public.
What if I change my mind? Can I cancel my subscription?
We hope that you will stay with us on our journey and help to continue our mission of cleaner oceans. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription you may do so at any time. Please note that if your card has already been charged on the 15th of the month that you will not receive a refund for that month and will still receive the limited edition bracelet for that corresponding month.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. If you cancel after your next bracelet has already shipped, you will still be charged for that bracelet but then will not be charged for future bracelets.
What time of the month do I receive each new bracelet?
You will be charged on the 15th of each month before the new limited edition bracelet is available to the rest of the public. For example, you will be charged $20 (plus shipping) on April 15th for your May limited edition bracelet. We will begin shipping out the bracelets 2-3 weeks before the start of the new month. This will mean that you get to receive your limited edition bracelet before anyone else!
What if my bracelet arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure our packages arrive intact and in good condition, however, we understand that things may not be handled accordingly through the shipping process. If bracelet arrives damaged we will happily replace them for you ASAP at no cost to you. Your replacement bracelet will arrive in a hemp bag. If your storybook case is damaged upon arrival, we will be happy to send you an empty storybook case for you to put your bracelet in to complete your collection. Please contact email@example.com with photos of the damaged product so that our customer service team can assist you right away.
Does the subscription come with anything other than the bracelets?
Besides being one of the first to receive the limited edition bracelets before they are available that month to the general public, each limited edition bracelet comes in an exclusive subscription storybook case and includes an exclusive 4Ocean “1 pound” sticker that matches the color of that month’s bracelet.
How did 4Ocean select each cause?
Our team personally picked which ocean and conservation organizations we wanted to partner with for each month. They are based around ocean conservation and are all doing amazing work to help and restore our oceans and fight for the animals who call it home.
Is everything I receive recyclable?
We do our best to not only make a eco-friendly bracelet, but also ship our bracelets in eco-friendly packages as well. Please be responsible when disposing of any of the products you receive that you no longer wish to have. Most of the products we send out are made from recyclable materials.
Why don’t you offer discounts for the subscription package?
We do not offer discount codes for our bracelets or the 4Ocean Monthly Subscription. With the purchase of each bracelet, you are helping to fund our cleanups of great magnitude that would not be possible without the sales of our bracelets.
Will I know what bracelets/causes will be coming out before I order?
The colors and causes of the upcoming bracelets will be revealed each month, but trust us, you’ll be happy with the selection. Each supports a marine cause that means a lot to our team and we hope that they will mean a lot to you as well when they are revealed!
