All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped every weekday at 4pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a tracking number from the time your order ships. Our shipping expectations for domestic and international shipping do not begin until the shipment has been processed.

Please email customer service at info@4ocean.com immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.

OUR CURRENT DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS SHIPPING (2-6 BUSINESS DAYS)

All Domestic orders placed with 4ocean will be given a tracking number and courier contact information. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for the tracking to be updated by the courier. While domestic shipments arrive at your door via USPS, UPS picks up from our facility and delivers to your local postal office. OUR CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IS USPS (7-14 business days)* We are experiencing delays of 4-8 weeks due to Covid19.

Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.

Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.
